Over 1,500 East St. Louis School District 189 students, Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade, are arranged to visit their winter wonderland and receive a special Christmas Gift Bag from the resident Santa and his team of helpers! The charitable giving program is centered around enhancing the lives of those in need.
